I definitely don't recommend them as a development services provider!
On November 23, 2018, I submitted the documents required for funding for training.
For over three weeks, I received no response from the company. Finally, on December 17, 2018, at 3:55 PM, I received an email stating that the documentation needed to be completed and that I had one day to do so, as the deadline was December 18, 2018. This deadline was unrealistic for me due to my workload. After contacting the company, they graciously agreed to extend the deadline to December 20, 2018.
On December 20, 2018, I submitted the documents (another stack of paperwork), and the same day, I received an email stating that the application had been rejected due to ONE missing signature. How much ill will is your company showing that, without even attempting to contact me (after all, it was only a matter of providing a single signature; the rest of the documentation wasn't challenged), you reject an application that required a lot of effort on my part (completing numerous forms, obtaining certificates from the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and the Tax Office, etc.)?
A little kindness in your customer service would have been enough, but I see that's not possible in this company.
