I've enjoyed working with Artisan both on internal projects and being placed with clients through them. While they don't see the same number of roles as some of the bigger companies, they do tend to get jobs with higher pay rates than some of the other staffing agencies - and definitely advocate for the talent when it comes to dealing with clients. I would definitely recommend getting in touch if you're looking for work in a digital/creative role.

I worked for Artisan as a Contract Copywriter for more than three years. The team did an excellent job finding me a contract with an outstanding company. In addition to a great placement, Artisan provided me with very good benefits, including 401K and some paid time off, which is unusual in the industry. I highly recommend Artisan to anyone who is looking for contract work.

We have had great experiences with States of Matter and all of the people we worked with there on several projects. They really dug in and helped us understand what we were really after for our name change, website and logo redesign. The logo is only a final product of a their engaging process that allowed us to both modernize and give nod the past. They developed our website once and seeing outstanding response of it, we got it revamped recently to give a new look and feel. We know the owner personally and to be honest he goes beyond professionalism, he treats project as personal business and suggests accordingly. Upon their team's suggestion, we started Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads - from 0 we have been to more than 1500 orders per month. They are a good agency for ecommerce business.

A good agency only if you have huge capital. The owner is understanding and helps you out a lot but will ditch you for days out of nowhere. Any deadline you have set for any task is definitely going to be delayed. If you have good understanding of the market and good capital to pump you'll be attained properly and replied on time otherwise won't.
