Solar on steroids has been working with the Assisted team for about a year now on a collaborative project.
We were invited to quote for a project that we didn't have the capacity and resources to fulfil ourselves and therefore, went out to market to find a provider on behalf of the client.
We spoke to 5-6 different full service agencies and Assisted stood head and shoulders above the rest.
Kate was super helpful during the sales & scoping stage, helping us with many many different amendments, tweaks and patiently putting up with some delays and unforeseen circumstances.
Once the project began, we had Lorna as our account manager and all round organisational superstar.
Nothing goes unchecked, actions always provided, team coordinated, communications streamlined. Its just a super slick operation and when making the introduction to our client, we were confident that they were in good hands.
The project has had a pretty extensive scope that is now being expanded even further, due to the great results.
We've had great support from Sam, Danica, Tierney & Craig on the SEO, Content & Digital PR side. Super knowledgable, friendly and responsive. Coming up with really good ideas and always more than happy to chip in to help, even when things come up that are outside of their remit.
Matt squared (Matt C & Matt B) have been smashing it on the paid media side, Google & Bing Ads particularly.
Row is Assisted's LinkedIn superstar, running paid media and guiding us on organic for the platform.
Nicks also been great, chipping into strategy and helping us coordinate the scope for the wider company.
All this is great but it would just be fluff without results.
Overall, Assisted have generated a pipeline of £59m over about 6 months for our client. A significant amount of which has already closed. The client is very happy with the progress and having not invested in digital marketing to this extent before, has been impressed with how quickly things have picked up.
They've done all this while building great relationships, being super pleasant and reliable to work with throughout both as a company and as individuals.
Its no wonder that the client is looking to have them 'assist' with two other branches of the business.

I feel in very safe hands with Assisted Ltd. We all feel like one team, all with the same aim, and with everyone contributing their specialism to the same end. I feel that everyone involved 'cares' and is excited to make suggestions, act on them and then see and assess the results.
But that is never the end, and our team at Assisted are always investigating ways to help us improve. This, I believe, is thanks to their genuine interest in helping our business to succeed.
They have so many different specialities that a small business would be difficult to cover, and so I feel very lucky to have this expertise to hand, whenever it's needed.
