When I managed the account, my December ROAS was 0.93. From Jan 1-Feb 5, after they took over, ROAS dropped to 0.50. During that time, they charged $2,000 in fees and spent $3,869.89 of my ad budget, with no meaningful execution or improvement. After I took back control on Feb 6, ROAS increased to 1.32. Their creatives and strategy did not deliver value. I requested a full refund of the $2,000 management fee for Jan 1-Feb 5, but they denied it. Overall, this engagement cost me about $6,000 with poor results.
