I cannot say enough good things about this experience. The Lazarus team was a DREAM to work with from the very first conversation. I got quotes from other providers, but Lazarus blew me away with the quality of their package and value for money pricing. Even in the quoting stage, they were highly responsive and eager to meet my needs. From day one of the actual process, they understood the brief and executed it flawlessly. Every step was handled with speed, professionalism, and excellent communication. I never had to worry about where we were in the process, or whether things would come out as I'd hoped. We own a small law firm and have used a variety of different services throughout the years, to help with our seo, website and marketing. NO ONE has provided the value and gotten us the results in the way that SCD's team has. When SCD started doing our seo we saw an immediate increase in the calls and and new clients we received. We are constantly being bombarded by other marketing services and we stepped away from SCD to try something else but in the end came back to SCD because of the results and value she provided. We saw nothing from the other company other than a much larger cost and promises of fabulous results in a year. Shirley provides excellent customer service, she answers any question I have in as much detail as I'd like. She's incredibly responsive when we have a need of any kind. My Adwords account needed a complete overhaul and Dawn and Kiki did exactly that. They added a better framework for my Campaigns and Adgroups, created a stronger Display Network Campaign, built dedicated landing pages from the ground up, ensuring my Adgroups had a direct connection to their landing pages, designed and implemented videos for my website as well as social media channels, and created eye catching page banners. In addition to implementing all of these changes, they also took the time to teach me about the inner workings of my Campaigns, Adgroups, ads, keywords and negative keywords, which helped me to help them build a better campaign.
