They helped us with the design phase, balancing many different requirements to service our existing and prospective customers. Moving forward, 76 Design Solutions did the actual website build and developed reporting metrics to monitor performance post-launch.
They started with an analysis of our competitors websites, investigating their organizational plans, and then customizing them to fit our sales and operations processes.
We built the site with a look similar to the major players in the industry, where people can look at a feed of homes that they might be interested in. We also made specific updates to our site that allowed existing customers to follow their homes through the sales process. 76 Design Solutions also created links to our property management portals.
We worked through Figma a lot, as well as Salesforce. They also integrated an MLS data feed (a real estate data solution). 76 Design Solutions has managed to extract data from the website and give it to our sales team.
Integrating a real estate feed solution, among other features, 76 Design Solutions grew our visitors and conversions by significant margins. They were responsive throughout the project and provided both technically sound work and attentive customer service. They are a communicative partner.
