The staff at the company could not stomach hearing my story. They kept going silent and hanging up on me rather than listening and helping me complete my objectives because the story was very, very dark and depressing. The publisher seems more organized and professional, but when it comes to actual delivery of getting services and book development for a high impact, important social issue they do not deliver. They fold like a house of cards. These are the stories that need to be told and you need employees with a stomach to hear it and help get the stories out there. You need people with grit.

I am so impressed with the entire process and my website. It is EXACTLY what I wanted. I didn’t have to give up my first born in the cost. They sent me a questionnaire that really challenged me to think about what I want, and to put it on paper. Or at least get the ideas out of my head. I told them the overall feel I wanted, and that I wanted blue to be primary color. They picked my fav shade of blue to incorporate.The one area I was worried about was the verbiage and written content. The professional writing skills are superb. He ran a check to see what we needed updated and turned out our website needed a complete overhaul haul. Before Rob took over our website we would get maybe 2-3 inquiries a day.
