I visited Zealous System on 16th June 2025 for the walk-in interview announced on LinkedIn for interns/freshers in Python, PHP, WordPress, .Net, and QA roles. Despite clearly stating it was open for freshers, upon arrival, all Python candidates, including myself and my sister, were told they only accept those with prior experience, as interns are directly placed on live projects. This information was never mentioned in the post. The company blamed the marketing team for the misleading post. This experience wasted our valuable time, energy, and travel expenses. I urge the company to coordinate better internally and post accurate job/internship information to avoid misguiding freshers who genuinely seek opportunities.

Yes They gave me an opportunity to learn and build career in development. I learnt here and worked around 4 years. After that I got better opportunity, after serving around 4 years here and also served 1.5 months notice period as well. They didn’t allow me to join new company because 15 days left in contract. So I left the company without serving 15 days more notice period. I worked hard here, even owner knows about it. In cabin he shouted badly on me so that I made my decision to left the company. I got an interview call from hiring team of a UI/UX designer.They took my first round over google meet. Then provide an assignment and i draft it on time, then they expect me to do few changes. Again i made it so hard to got select.I was expecting a call from HR but not get any call from their end then i call to HR they said you will get shortlisted and get a call from our-side soon. They after 2 more days i do a call to the team they they said the profile is on hold because of a project issue.It seems very unprofessional because if you hire someone and like their work then suddenly you hold the position.Suggestion to the hiring team : Please don't waste anybody time if you are not hiring .
