Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards one would expect from a professional recruitment process.From the outset, the interviewer appeared disengaged and distracted, giving the impression that the interview was more of a routine obligation than a sincere evaluation. The questions asked were often either irrelevant to the role or lacked clarity, making it difficult to understand the expectations. There was minimal effort to create a welcoming or respectful atmosphere—something that is essential for any candidate to confidently demonstrate their skills.While it's understandable that interviewers may have demanding schedules, basic professional courtesy and attentiveness should not be compromised, especially when one is representing the organization.This experience serves as a word of caution to potential candidates: be prepared not only for technical evaluation but also for a potentially indifferent and unstructured process. A company’s hiring approach often reflects its broader culture and values.I genuinely hope this feedback is taken in the right spirit and helps improve the interview experience for future candidates.

In second round selected for manageral round3. In manageral round goes everything wellAfter I got mail from HR we can't process furtherBecause of in second round you given 2 questions wrong answer.If this was cause then how I selected for 3rd round not sure.Please don't waste your time for interview

During the interview, I encountered inconsistent communication from the interviewer, which left me feeling confused and frustrated. Initially, I responded to a question with a visual or practical example as requested, but then the interviewer suddenly asked for a technical explanation. When I provided the technical explanation as requested, they unexpectedly changed their request back to a visual explanation.I believe that clear and consistent communication is crucial during interviews. If the interviewer had specific preferences or expectations, it would have been helpful for them to communicate those clearly from the beginning. It’s essential to maintain professionalism and respect for candidates throughout the interview process. I hope this feedback helps improve the interview experience for future candidates.After delivering a top-notch performance in the assessment round, I was disappointed to encounter such inconsistent behavior during the interview. I want to caution other potential candidates to be aware of such communication issues in this company’s interview process.

1 month before i went through the interview process for the position of senior .net developer. i have cleared my first telephonic round then HR asked me for second round. I had given all the answers of the questions in the second round. After that HR(Sana Mulla) didn't try to inform my about interview result. After asking Sana again and again using text and email, she said you have a negative feedback then i asked what is negative in feedback she didn't reply yet now.Honestly company didn't have any vacancies they are just showing off. Worst experience ever. Don't waste your time here.This is my honest review. if you have any questions ping me here i will share my number with you.
