We worked with Essex-based Qivo on a complete refresh of our Deadline Communications website and couldn’t be happier with the result. While our previous site looked fine, it no longer reflected the quality, scale, or professionalism of our work, and it was built on an ageing CMS that raised concerns around security and maintenance. Qivo took the time to really understand what we needed and delivered a clean, modern, mobile-first site that’s intuitive and easy to use. Our services are now clearly presented, navigation flows much better, and strong calls to action, including quick enquiry routes and click-to-call, make it far easier for visitors to get in touch. From a technical perspective, the focus on speed, accessibility, and usability was excellent. A particular challenge was showcasing our video portfolio without impacting performance and Qivo handled this brilliantly. The whole process was professional, collaborative, fast and well managed from start to finish. We’re genuinely delighted with the new site and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Qivo to anyone looking to refresh or rebuild their website.

I had Qivo build our new website for Ellena’s and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. I didn’t want anything overcomplicated, just something that looked professional, loaded quickly, and was easy for customers to use. Qivo were easy to deal with, quick to respond, and they handled the whole build without it becoming a headache. They also made sensible suggestions as we went, which helped. The finished site feels clean, modern, and it works properly on mobile, which was important for us. Highly recommend!

Innovative Igloo were fab in designing my digital invitations for my birthday party, then again for my daughter’s party but this time printed so that she could hand them out. Mike has been an absolute godsend to us thanks to a recommendation from a good trusted friend of ours who also uses him. From the very first message he was a legend. I called him and explained how we needed a new host for our website that day! He immediately dropped what he was doing and got on the case. He happily backed up our site and moved it to his server and got it running again, as if nothing had happened. Boom, website saved! All this dedication even before any invoices were sent, nevermind paid! He also kept us updated on the status and happily carried tasks I felt I couldn’t do, even out of hours which massively helped lower the stress of the situation.
