We were introduced to KDG back in October 2024. They were recommended by a sister company of ours. Our goal was to transition from multiple programs to one program to help streamline and automate as many processes as possible. In order to accomplish this, we needed a company like KDG to help with the customization of the program to accommodate the different needs of the different roles within our organization. They've spent so much time with us, starting with each employee to understand what they need - They've truly been a partner. I would recommend KDG to ANYONE wanting to transition into a simplified system where efficiency and transparency is key.

I have worked with designers and design firms in Pittsburgh, Seattle, and New York, and I have never worked with more talented, attentive, or innovative designers. While I was running Pittsburgh Public Theater, they crafted the artwork for all of our shows over three seasons and executed a full rebrand for us that was not only thoughtful, imaginative, and beautifully crafted but was incredibly forward-thinking, creating a reflection of not only who we were but who we were becoming. Their turnaround is wildly fast, and their responsiveness and collaborative spirit is refreshing and earnest. Somehow they manage to embrace feedback, integrate notes, and still maintain the integrity of their vision and work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. EZ Rankings is extremely disappointing. The services did not deliver the quality that was promised. The company charges premium prices for services such as website design, SEO, and SMO, but the results fell far short of expectations. Despite significant investment, I did not see the level of progress, performance, or return that was discussed during the sales process. Communication was another major issue. It often felt difficult to get clear answers, timely updates, or meaningful support when concerns were raised. The team did not appear well-coordinated, and resolving issues took much longer than expected. I also felt that expectations were set very aggressively during the sales stage, but the actual delivery did not match those expectations. Promises regarding growth, rankings, and overall project outcomes seemed much stronger than what was ultimately achieved. For businesses considering SEO, SMO, or web development services, I would recommend asking detailed questions about deliverables, timelines, and measurable results before signing a contract. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with this company again.
