Horrible experience with Omni Agency. They made plenty of promises and boasted high-level experience in marketing to ensure that their premium pricing was justified. Tyler can certainly persuade effectively and convinced me that Omni was more than capable of building my brand effectively through digital marketing.Basically everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. All of the social media work that Omni did was not only off-brand, but damaged our brand image tremendously, which took time to recover from. It seemed like Omni either paid a bot or hired cheap help from Fiverr/Upwork to engage with other accounts in a generic, off-brand voice that was completely opposite of what we needed. It then took 3 weeks for them to fix this after bringing it to their attention.10 Guerilla ideas/logistics were supposed to be implemented, we got zero. Influencer outreach received zero interest and zero partnerships were established over the course of one month. Tweets were irrelevant and outdated resulting in low engagement. Out of 35 total tweets, 16 had mistakes, false information, or were irrelevant - damaging brand image.The original purchase of Omni's services was through Upwork and Tyler strongly insisted that I leave a 5 star review before their work had even begun on my account. The review is not editable now. I would not be surprised if Omni has done the same for their 5 star Google reviews, and it also would not surprise me if some/all of these are fabricated Google reviews. I can't imagine that anyone would give 5 stars if they received the service I received for ~$7500 CAD/month.There were plenty more shortcomings in Omni's work but it is too much to type in a Google review. Overall, Omni is currently a young, amateur-at-best marketing agency that should be charging entry-level prices. Make sure to avoid the mistake we made and shop around for a competent agency with a fair price.

Timewasters and bordering on scammers.Ordered an article and spent time creating it for the agreed guest post only to be messed around when it came to sending payment.Avoid these people like the plague as it looks like one of those scam services who take client money but never fulfil payment to the owner of the website providing the guest post.

Excellent service. Ana Maria De La Cruz is taking care of the bloggers and influencers outreach which is time consuming for me. I could concentrate on more value added and strategic tasks like SEO and business development. I recommend the Outreach Bee team to any business that wants to avoid the tedious and manual intensive tasks of managing link building campaigns.
