Ad spend increased dramatically and cost per conversion skyrocketed. They claimed because revenue was increasing that they did their job. We add new brands weekly so revenue was growing before and after them. Cost per conversion/ROAS went into the dumps and we were unprofitable. Yet they still use us as a success case study on their website. Since then google reps took over and overhauled the structure of the campaign, saying it was clunky and wrong.
