HatchWorks developed a solution to automate calculations for our sales team. The company created an application with a user-friendly interface and scalable algorithms in Python. HatchWorks had similar experience in the healthcare industry and we were satisfied with their responsiveness, QA, communication, and ability to translate imagination into actionable tasks. The project was well-organized with clear expectations and deliverables, making it easy to address miscommunication.

HatchWorks was hired to develop custom software for a hybrid app and rebuilt the front-end. They provided top talent in LATAM and adapted to end client's changing needs. Despite rate fluctuation, they performed well, met commitments, received positive feedback and maintained high level of quality output and professionalism. The team coordinated effectively and the nearshore model is becoming more popular. The consulting firm was happy with HatchWorks' velocity and code quality.

Working with them is such a close-knit and communicative process. We're the type of client that prefers to be very involved at each step, and they make it very easy to follow along. They have a Monday board where we can see our progress on the full project dashboard. We never feel like we dont know whats going on.Its great to have a project manager who brings all the pieces together so that we can see the bigger picture. They email, text, and conduct weekly calls to keep us up-to-date. We also had the chance to work and meet with them in-person.
