I am currently working as a freelancer for a US-based company through STR8MINDS Talents, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the interview process was exceptional—highly professional, yet very warm and human. The placement is a perfect fit: the chemistry with my client is great, and we work together brilliantly.A huge thank you to Norbert and Ilona, who provide fantastic support with any questions that arise. One of the most important factors for me as a freelancer: the entire process is seamless, and invoices are always paid exactly on time. At STR8MINDS, you aren't just a number; you are treated with genuine appreciation and respect!

It was always a pleasure to collaborate and communicate with Norbert and Ilona as well as to be a part of a wonderful team that Norbert has built. All the communication was always on point and the collaboration between me and the agency was always very transparent with Norbert taking great care of providing the best possible conditions for the freelance specialists.

Taikomedia, led by Justin and Gideon, provided us with excellent support in the development of our social media management platform "Fred". The collaboration was extremely professional, efficient and creative. We were particularly impressed by the technical expertise and the strong understanding of our requirements. They have developed an innovative solution that is perfectly tailored to our needs and has massively strengthened our digital presence. The development process was characterized by open communication and flexibility, which made working with Taikomedia a real pleasure.Another highlight was her ability to find a suitable and creative solution to every challenge without losing sight of the objectives. Despite minor optimization potential, such as an even faster response time in some project phases, Taikomedia's performance was excellent. Thanks to their support, we were able to create an easy-to-use, powerful platform that meets our needs and helps us achieve our business goals. We are more than satisfied with the result and look forward to further collaboration. I can recommend Taikomedia without reservation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Absolutely recommended! As an entrepreneur in the fruit juice technology sector, a custom and professional website was especially important to me, as my industry is quite unique. This was perfectly achieved!!!Every single one of my requests was addressed, everything ran smoothly and very professionally. The result even exceeded my expectations. I would particularly like to highlight the 24/7 support!!! I had a small request late one evening, and it was already resolved the next morning. Since November of last year, SCHAU & HORCH has been supporting us in the further development of our brand – and we couldn't imagine a better partner. From the very beginning, the team not only understood our industry and our company, but also engaged deeply with our values, our goals, and our strategic direction. This is evident in every step we take together. They don't create short-term solutions, but rather a brand with a clear strategy and a long-term perspective. We particularly value the honest, collaborative partnership. Ideas aren't simply implemented, but developed further together and critically examined – always with the aim of achieving the best possible result. Communication, accessibility, and reliability are consistently top-notch.As a company in the event technology sector, a professional and authentic brand presence is of paramount importance to us. SCHAU & HORCH accompanies us on this journey with a great deal of creativity, strategic expertise, and an exceptional feel for brands. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and can recommend SCHAU & HORCH to anyone who wants to not only design their brand, but also develop it sustainably.
