I applied for a job with this company and waited a long time without any response. I tried calling the front reception for an update, but after asking for my name, they simply rejected my application without providing any reason. This feels unprofessional and discouraging for candidates. If applications are going to be rejected without explanation, it’s unclear why job openings are advertised in the first place. Better communication and transparency would really improve the candidate experience wasting time
