I retained Zibtek to build a basic web app that was supposed to have a search directory and the ability to submit job posts. I was provided a quote and timeline which Zibtek never fulfilled. After 70k, I am left with no working product and not even close to what was discussed. The search directory is completely non existent and the ability to submit job posts does not work. They have no idea how to integrate basic apis. They charge for hours with developers that are not qualified to build the
