I started working with SoftDoes when our product had already grown beyond the point where small fixes were enough. We needed to rethink several parts of the system and make sure the next stage of growth would not create even more technical debt. The team got into the project fast. Within the first few weeks, they helped us identify the main bottlenecks, clean up several fragile integrations, and improve the parts of the platform that were slowing us down the most. One practical result was that a key operation that used to take around 4-5 minutes now takes less than a minute. I also saw a noticeable drop in recurring technical issues after the release. What I liked most was the way they worked with us. Very little ceremony, clear communication, good technical judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.I’d be happy to work with SoftDoes again on another complex software project.

My experience with SoftDoes has been extremely disappointing. Their communication is terrible, the people I dealt with were highly unprofessional, and their pricing is absolutely outrageous compared to the value of the work being delivered. One of my biggest concerns is the company’s lack of transparency. From what I’ve observed, their development work appears to be outsourced to people in Ukraine through another company called Come Back Agency. Even when I searched for SoftDoes online, its website appeared to redirect to Come Back Agency.Take a look at their LinkedIn yourself. They present themselves as a Kansas City-based company, yet I couldn’t find a single employee listed as being based in Kansas City. That raises serious questions about their business structure, where their team actually operates, and who you’re really paying to develop your software. My interactions with the CEO, Orest, were particularly unpleasant. I found him extremely arrogant, dismissive, and condescending. He speaks to customers as though they’re beneath him. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns professionally, his attitude made an already frustrating experience even worse.Their Google reviews also raised serious red flags for me. Several reviewer profiles appeared to have AI-generated profile pictures, and the reviews themselves read as though they were written by ChatGPT rather than genuine customers. Many of these accounts had only ever reviewed SoftDoes. After I confronted them about these concerns, I noticed that some profile pictures had been changed to what appeared to be stock images, and the accounts had gained an additional review of random places. I cannot independently verify who operates these accounts, but the timing and patterns made me seriously question the authenticity of their online reputation.Nothing about my experience with SoftDoes has inspired trust. If you’re looking for custom software development, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Verify who you’re actually doing business with, who will be developing your software, and what you’re paying for.

We had been running a large part of our business through spreadsheets and a mix of different tools for years. We've grown past spreadsheets now. SoftDoes built a custom platform around the way our team actually works. That's probably what we appreciated most about working with them.

Working with my Mel has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. He built a beautiful, professional website that truly represents my brand, and he didn’t stop there, he also manages my SEO and Google Ads. Thanks to him, I’ve seen a huge increase in traffic and bookings. My business has grown so much, and I’m now fully booked most of the time. He handles everything behind the scenes so I can focus on my clients. I highly recommend him to any business owner who wants real results. You won’t regret it!

We are thrilled that we decided to work with Confianz to build our mobile app. They took the time and asked a lot of questions to truly understand why we wanted to build the app and who would use the app. The process was simple and after a few months we had a great looking and fully functional mobile app for iPhone and Android. We will definitely use Confianz to build our next phase for the app as we look to expand our market share.

January 2020 Confianz took over the maintenance of our Odoo ERP system from our previous Odoo partner. Anoop put together a dedicated team who analysed our system and worked with us on a plan of improvements and upgrade of the whole platform. Our platform had been heavily customised over the years. Unfortunately lot of the custom code and apps had not been properly documented nor followed Odoo's best development practice, causing random issues and an unstable platform. The Confianz team removed poorly developed apps and website, and replaced customisation with new code following Odoo's development methodology. The result is a very stable and robust system. It is great working with them. We don’t have an inhouse development team, so we have worked with Confianz using dedicated fulltime resources. It is same as having your own highly experienced IT team with extremely good understanding of the whole Odoo platform. All work is well managed with weekly review meetings, where the team reviews progress and demonstrates work in progress. This is very useful setup because it enables direct communication with the development team and identifies quickly any gaps in requirements and the solution.I highly recommend Confianz. The development team is highly experienced and clever bunch. They will tell you if you are asking for customised features that can be achieved using core functionality instead. They will not lead you down a wrong path just because you think it is the way to go.The President of the company, Anoop, is truly exceptional character and honourable man. He has built a company with great team which you can trust.

Confianz was selected to be VS America’s ERP implementation partner in 2018 after they had successfully completed a custom application to improve our internal document processing. We’ve hired several different companies prior to Confianz, but unfortunately, they left all on their own terms because they were not able to find a solution.I’ve worked alongside Confianz for almost three years now and I’ve been impressed with the level of talent this company brings. Their VP of Enterprise Solutions as well as his team of developers are extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional, and respectful. Every meeting and interaction we’ve had with Confianz was a valuable learning experience. We are extremely grateful that Confianz helped us successfully go live during the pandemic in April 2020. Since going live, we had some significant improvements in our processes and we continue to work with Confianz to fine tune details. I highly recommend Confianz!
