Mobile App Development Review from Francis Pierrel

I was the CEO of LR Paris and therefore had the chance of cooperating with Keyss Inc in a critical mobile application development project critical to the digital expansion strategy of our company. Even at the start of their work, their team was composed of professionals with technical skills, understanding our goals. The project entailed the development of a complete mobile application that would correspond with our vision of our brand, as well as cover the interests of our customer base. Keyss Inc was not only limited to development, they also helped us in UI/UX design, back-end integration, and feature customization to provide a final product that was easy to use, intuitive, and scaled. They also offered constant technical advice and recommendations to be made to ensure optimization as the project was being developed. The project management process at Keyss Inc in my view was one of the most impressive features about working with this company. The team was well-connected, made frequent updates, and utilized collaborative tools, which enabled the team to monitor each development step. This openness was what made us believe in their time keeping capabilities. They were also very adaptable to changes in case of a change was necessary and did not compromise its quality.Mobile Development skills: They possessed outstanding expertise and skills in technical development and customization of features to meet our business requirements.Effective Communication: They had good communication lines and this minimized misunderstanding and enhanced smooth running. On time Delivery: Milestones were achieved at the time of promise and any delay was communicated early enough with solutions ready.Focus on Details: The UI/UX design was minimalistic, business-like, and met the demands of the high standards of our brand.

AI Development Review from Charlotte Stubbs

The design, development, and deployment of an AI-based car damage detection software that is specific are all included in the scope of work. Keyss Inc will develop a mobile and web-based application that can capture vehicle images and correctly detect external damages in the vision of the computer. The solution will produce detailed damage reports, estimate repair, and fit perfectly well into the current Alfardan service workflow. It will also contain a staff-only back-end dashboard and an optional customer self-check option. Deliverables such as the AI engine, user interfaces (mobile/web), reporting module, service system integration and post deployment support have a significant role. The software assisted in accelerating the vehicle check out procedure and cut down on customer waiting time. It increased accuracy in assessing car damages which led to a decrease in the dispute and increased confidence in services. The automated system enabled service advisors to do more inspections in one day. The transparency and digital reporting that customers could receive when visiting the service was valued. In general, it increased the efficiency and satisfaction of the customers of the dealership. There was professional management of the project and effective communication at all levels. They met all the milestones in time and informed us about the development process. The team was quick to respond to questions and make adjustments anytime we had questions or required changes. They were adaptable, sensitive and determined to live up to our expectations. In general, their practice facilitated the partnership and ensured success.

eCommerce Development Review from Ammie Bell

I am the Chief Operating Officer at Springtree Group, we specialize on Financial Services, we are a private firm that finances, invests, acquires and / or consults in insurance related business service firms. It was necessary for the platform to be created so that users could navigate the intricate test cases in an interactive and intuitive way, Without a clear vision in mind at the outset, we had to start from scratch when developing the online and mobile versions, The range of the task comprised putting in place strong security measures providing prompt customer service creating a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interface simplifying procedures to improve user experience, timely completion of the project within the set timeframe, flawless deployment with few post-launch problems, Not only was everything delivered on schedule, but the company also answered our updates promptly and with great assistance.

Web Development Review from Lathan Ashton

RichestSoft was tasked with taking our existing templates, upgrading them to the latest version of our CMS, and deploying them to a staging environment. They also updated the designs for all subsections of the site. The site is fairly generic, consisting of static pages with links from the homepage to product descriptions, case studies, and more. Our team can easily log into the CMS and update case studies without needing a web developer, which has been a huge advantage. Our primary concern was the seamless conversion of our old templates, and RichestSoft handled this flawlessly. They even suggested ideas like making the site multilingual, though we only needed an English version, so it wasn’t necessary in our case.

RichestSoft consistently delivered on a complex and demanding project, handling all tasks with efficiency. Whenever any bugs or issues surfaced on the site, they promptly resolved them. While there have been occasional communication challenges, none of these have affected the high-quality and cost-effective service they provide.

AI Development Review from Michael Green

Working with them is such a close-knit and communicative process. We're the type of client that prefers to be very involved at each step, and they make it very easy to follow along. They have a Monday board where we can see our progress on the full project dashboard. We never feel like we dont know whats going on.Its great to have a project manager who brings all the pieces together so that we can see the bigger picture. They email, text, and conduct weekly calls to keep us up-to-date. We also had the chance to work and meet with them in-person.

CJ Simmons Owner at HammerLoop

Web Development Review from CJ Simmons

We needed one team that could turn HammerLoop from an idea into a working product and then help us grow it, and 9Mills has been exactly that. They built our bilingual web app and iOS and Android apps, where construction workers set up a profile in minutes and get matched to jobs by trade, location and pay. We don't have to manage separate vendors for product, development, hosting and marketing, because 9Mills handles all of it and thinks like a product owner. What I like best is that they treat HammerLoop like their own product. They don't just build what we ask for, they question it, bring better options and explain why. Everything has been on time and delivered as planned, and with more than 2,500 workers on the platform and our Austin launch coming up, we have a partner who understands the product as well as we do. My advice to other founders: bring them in as a partner, not just a development shop.

Hybrid Review from Nicolas Adolph

O16 Labs have been working with me the past 3 years. It has been a huge luck for our company to have started working with O16 Labs, since we have had bad experiences with other companies before. But O16 Labs and its whole team were very professional and effective up to the point of saving our company. They have developed our Apps and Web in the most astonishing way I could never have imagined. I am immensely grateful for it and just can recommend any company to hire O16 Labs for their projects.
