I recently had an experience back in 2022 with Apadmi that I feel compelled to share and have debated whether i should post this. As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments.Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice.More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment.It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage.I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.

I bought a variety pack of protein bites from the Made in Chicago Market. They taste really good and have a nice amount of protein. The chocolate chip cookie dough and fudge brownie are my favorites. The serving size is 3 seperate bites, but I was satisfied after 2. They are a great snack! If I’m just a little hungry and want something a tad sweet it’ll be great to just grab one from the fridge.

Fantastically positive and driven team who on every interaction you just know care deeply about a) what they do b) what they deliver and c) ultimately the experience the end user will have.Hugely impressed with their personal, creative and energy driven approach at the pitch stage, I commissioned 3SC to help us better scope an app. Their task was to take an in-house developed app prototype, and turn it into a fully fledged technical specification with user stories, MoSCoW prioritisation, costs, and an updated look and feel; all done with audience need at the heart.Myself and the wider team have nothing but very good things to say about 3SC. When reflecting on an agency to work with, loads say they can do it, some can actually do what they say they can do, even less do it in the spirit of real partnership and mutually respect/drive. 3SC do all of these excellently. First off fantastic location and hosts!Tom Stuart's (@tomstuart) course was very interesting from start to finish. He covered everything in terms of the tools and the methodologies used when using the BDD paradigm with Ruby.Tom has a great quality in being able to explain things well. Throughout his course I found myself saying, "so that's what that is" or "ahh that makes sense now"... The course is dense and fast paced, so you have to stay alert, but I didn't find that a problem because I found myself engrossed throughout. Although there was a lot of material and much of it is now hard to recall, the bits and pieces I have retained are probably the most important. Tom has helped me establish a few vital connections which have ultimately given me a broader and better understanding of how the Ruby on Rails stack works and why we as a team are using BDD.Dylan.

Unprofessional, Mentally Draining, and Disrespectful Work CultureMy overall experience with this company was extremely toxic. During my short tenure, I observed several deeply unprofessional practices that left a lasting negative impact on me:•Salaries were often delayed, without prior communication or explanation.•There were unexplained deductions in monthly salary, and any attempts to raise concerns were either ignored or dismissed by HR.•The HR department was shockingly rude. I personally witnessed employees being humiliated or emotionally broken when they decided to resign — some even left in tears.•No proper Full and Final Settlement (FNF) or professional offboarding process was followed. It’s like once you resign, you’re treated as if you never existed.•Even after resignation, the company continued to send intimidating and threatening emails and begging for small amount of money like 20k, showing a complete lack of empathy — especially towards people who were already in a tough personal or financial situation.If you’re considering joining, please rethink carefully. Make sure everything is documented in writing — verbal promises mean nothing here. A company’s real face shows not when you join, but when you try to leave. And unfortunately, this one shows zero professionalism, zero compassion, and zero respect for employees.
