During my short tenure, I observed several deeply unprofessional practices that left a lasting negative impact on me:•Salaries were often delayed, without prior communication or explanation.•There were unexplained deductions in monthly salary, and any attempts to raise concerns were either ignored or dismissed by HR.•The HR department was shockingly rude.
