We hired Simpalm to build that product in Kotlin and help us move from concept into something real customers could use. Some weeks I was deeply involved reviewing screens, and other weeks they pushed things forward on their own. That balance worked well. They would usually come back with two or three options instead of just asking what we wanted.We did hit one rough patch around notifications where the first version didn’t behave the way we expected, so that had to be revisited. They fixed it without making the process difficult.The finished app runs smoothly, feels organized, and gave us a much stronger mobile presence on Android. Most importantly, early users found it approachable rather than overwhelming, which was exactly what we wanted.

We also signed an NDA so that they could look at everything I provided. Then, Infograins came back with an in-depth project proposal of about 50 pages and we signed the contract. As for the technology stack, we're using React.js, Python, and Django to create this software piece. Moreover, our whole backend is hosted in AWS. We're very happy and satisfied with how everything has turned out and with the whole Infograins team. Their willingness to discuss issues, fix problems, and help us with anything we need is great, so I wouldn't want to have developed this product, especially the MVP with anyone else. I can't think of anything Infograins could change. Going forward with other projects, we might find some improvements. Thus far, we're very happy with them
