  Please avoid joining this company. They do not pay the salary for your work. Respect your time and your self-worth.I had a very disappointing experience with Gortnm. Despite my hard work and dedication, the company failed to provide the salary that was promised. Multiple attempts to address this issue with the management were met with either vague responses or no resolution at all. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor commitments makes it extremely difficult to recommend this company to anyone. I hope they take steps to rectify this behavior and treat their employees with the respect they deserve.

  The company has a highly unethical practice of withholding salaries for years. When employees ask for their rightful earnings, they are often fired instead of being paid. The CEO, Atul Goel, is particularly disappointing. While he may speak politely, his actions suggest otherwise, often excusing the non-payment of salaries with statements like, "Paisa hi nahi hai." This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable.
