Used Studio Lumen for a series of headshots. They set up in our office and did a great job. Their team was interacting with staff at a variety of levels including executives. They were able to keep things moving efficiently and I genuinely think the team had fun going through the process. The photos themselves are excellent and captured a fresh look. I had an excellent experience getting headshots done in-studio! The email communication every step of the way was clear and helpful, and the proof selection site was super easy to use. On the shoot day Jean-Marc was very personable and engaging which made it easy to get good natural expressions. He was also very efficient as I had 4 different shirt/uniform variations I wanted to try, and he also tried a different lighting setup at the end which resulted in one of my favorite photos from the day. Easy 5-star rating!
