We're so grateful to Agency Media for the outstanding job they did creating videos for us (Symbols Multisensory Learning Centers Inc.). From one Saturday of filming in our Langley location, they delivered a 5-minute explainer video, several shorter ad videos and over 300 still images to use in ads and on our website. Used Studio Lumen for a series of headshots. They set up in our office and did a great job. Their team was interacting with staff at a variety of levels including executives. They were able to keep things moving efficiently and I genuinely think the team had fun going through the process. The photos themselves are excellent and captured a fresh look. I had an excellent experience getting headshots done in-studio! The email communication every step of the way was clear and helpful, and the proof selection site was super easy to use. On the shoot day Jean-Marc was very personable and engaging which made it easy to get good natural expressions. He was also very efficient as I had 4 different shirt/uniform variations I wanted to try, and he also tried a different lighting setup at the end which resulted in one of my favorite photos from the day. Easy 5-star rating!

We approached New West Video for a short turnaround job at the G7 Canada Brain Economy Summit in Calgary and were delighted with the results.Sergey linked in with my colleague who was presenting at the event, along with other members of his panel, and was able to create two great content pieces for our social channels; one reviewing our presentation as a news package with b-roll, and the other looking at the event from the 'day in the life' perspective of my colleague, with some great creativity and thought going into the shots he selected.Despite us each working to an eight-hour time difference on completely different continents, communication with Sergey was swift and efficient and we'd be delighted to work with New West Video again next time we have a major event in the region.

Limited, misleading, lack of integrity, is the best partial description that I can be bothered with writing about my experience with Beatrice and her one woman show at Brand Street. (…you might want to update your site from “we” at Brand Street, It illustrates what I mean when I say misleading). Etc. etc. etc.I asked for a very simple site using turquoise. I did not want to use Wix, What did she use wix! Basic. I could’ve used Wix myself Like the last Website I did DIY no problem.  I asked for an animated logo, (that was most important to me)I am not an intuAtive Medium which I was really hopeful she was starting to grasp especially since I was asked for a free reading by her. Here’s your free reading… don’t quit your day job for this side hustle. It doesn’t look promising.I just can’t be bothered to go on. Avoid.

My husband and I are building a house and our builder did not have capabilities of showing us a 3D rendering. I found Real Space 3D online and thought the prices looks quite reasonable. Stefan walked me through the very complete process which included several steps for feedback on how the structure was shaping up. I loved the first image so much I had them render a view from the back as well! I gave them a few cues as to the landscape of the lot and they did a beautiful translation to accent the house. I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. I forwarded the information of RealSpace 3D to my builder as a way for future home owners to get a better idea of what they will be building.
