We're so grateful to Agency Media for the outstanding job they did creating videos for us (Symbols Multisensory Learning Centers Inc.). They turned what we had feared would be a daunting process into an easy and fun one. They're a great group of people to work with, and we couldn't be happier with the final results. From one Saturday of filming in our Langley location, they delivered a 5-minute explainer video, several shorter ad videos and over 300 still images to use in ads and on our website. They handled it all, from hiring actors to final edits and everything in between.

Used Studio Lumen for a series of headshots. They set up in our office and did a great job. Their team was interacting with staff at a variety of levels including executives. They were able to keep things moving efficiently and I genuinely think the team had fun going through the process. The photos themselves are excellent and captured a fresh look. I find the corporate headshot look can get stale and a bit cliche. Appreciate their creativity and quality of work. From a personal perspective I highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience getting headshots done in-studio! The email communication every step of the way was clear and helpful, and the proof selection site was super easy to use. On the shoot day Jean-Marc was very personable and engaging which made it easy to get good natural expressions. He was also very efficient as I had 4 different shirt/uniform variations I wanted to try, and he also tried a different lighting setup at the end which resulted in one of my favorite photos from the day. Easy 5-star rating!

We approached New West Video for a short turnaround job at the G7 Canada Brain Economy Summit in Calgary and were delighted with the results.Sergey linked in with my colleague who was presenting at the event, along with other members of his panel, and was able to create two great content pieces for our social channels; one reviewing our presentation as a news package with b-roll, and the other looking at the event from the 'day in the life' perspective of my colleague, with some great creativity and thought going into the shots he selected.Despite us each working to an eight-hour time difference on completely different continents, communication with Sergey was swift and efficient and we'd be delighted to work with New West Video again next time we have a major event in the region.
