From seeing the production on the website to getting our production back I am very pleased with the work.Jon, who filmed the event for us was top notch. I coordinated the event from California while the sales reps in the area hosted the event. Jon and I took calls so he could make sure het got everything we needed for this event to be filmed and ensure to ask questions so nothing was missed. Working with David at DirectLine Media was a pleasure. We had to record 2 people for AI avatars and had specific requirements. A very “regular" experience like summer camp is even more meaningful for kids with unique medical conditions. Since 2010 Camp LUCK has provided a positive experience that helps everyone reach their potential by building self-esteem, friendships and character in a safe environment. We want our “heart kids” to be “regular kids” for a week and participate in awesome activities that they might not normally be able to. Episode 11 volunteered to capture that experience — and did so — through the words and pictures of some of our campers. The campers’ candid interviews are a powerful reminder of what Camp LUCK means to these kids and their families. And without question, the video documents how much fun they have just being kids.

An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies. Films by Farallon was excellent to work with from start to finish.Their communication was clear and timely throughout the pre-production process, and they executed exactly to spec on shoot day. We filmed a one-person, direct-to-camera interview on a chroma blue screen, with both boom and lav audio, and they also captured a variety of beautiful b-roll shots around the office.Everything was delivered as unedited 4K ProRes 422HQ footage, perfectly organized and ready for post. They were flexible and collaborative in thinking through solutions for large file delivery and made the process easy on our end.The team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We'd happily work with them again!
