SDTC has been developing custom software for Manson Methods Inc. They have delivered good products but still required robust testing and fixes due to bugs. SDTC staff are very good at taking informaiton and delivering the vision. There have been times where they delivered feature but did not match our vision. I believe this is a fault of our not being clear enough or providing details or pictures to help with the vision. I also find the delivery times were a littel slower in august and september vs June and July. Overall I am very satisfied and hoping the feedbacks cna be implemented.

I struggled to get a new project manager to take matters into his own hands, but ended up asking me for some extra money, which I did.In the end, the product is very buggy, and you have to pay more to make it work.Now, it isn't working anymore. They told me there was a lifetime maintenance when I signed, but it's a lie.And this is most serious, they lost, yes, the source code. There is nothing more that can be done to save the CRM. I lost a lot of money with this company which is far from being serious.Run away, for me it's too late.
