Apart from sending my old CV to a place that doesn't really want to employ me they reached out to me recently with a position that is no longer relevant according to the site. After a quick phone call with the recruiter we agreed that she would call me the day after that. They even didn't bother with sending me a rejection letter. 1 star.

However, the interview round focused heavily on automation, which didn’t align with the initial discussion.After the interview, I was informed that the HR round would be scheduled. Despite waiting patiently and sending multiple polite follow-ups over the next several weeks, I received no proper response or closure — even after being assured of updates.As a candidate, I tried to stay professional and respectful throughout. But a process lasting this long with no clarity or communication at the end feels disappointing. I genuinely suggest candidates to think before applying here or else look for other options on same time.I’m sharing this to highlight the importance of transparency, timely communication, and respect for candidates’ time and effort.Not every application ends in selection, and that’s okay — but providing closure helps candidates move forward with confidence.
