  Unico built our Order Management System across two operating companies and integrated it with Bringg for dispatch. The hard part wasn't the software, it was the business logic we run on-demand, multi-stop, scheduled contract, and distribution work across multiple markets, and the pricing exceptions that used to live in our people's heads are now configured in the system. Order intake, dispatch, commissions and billing are one flow instead of three, and our team reviews work rather than reconstructing it. What set Unico apart was their willingness to learn how a courier and freight business actually operates instead of fitting us to a template. We worked with a dedicated team on the Unico side - a project lead, developers, and QA with direct access throughout rather than everything routed through an account manager. We've engaged them for phase two.
