We first met the Cybergizer team at a conference where they talked about their experience with AI in healthcare. Around that time, we were actually looking for a solution to turn doctor-patient conversations into written documents using an LLM speech-to-text model. The idea was to generate a summary that could later be shared with the patients family.The tricky part was getting the model to handle all the complex medical terms doctors use and making sure the output was accurate and reliable.Cybergizer jumped in and helped us get everything up and running super fast. Thanks to their support, we were able to deliver the solution to our client in record time and basically save the whole project (and the client's business too).They were incredibly flexible with processes and approaches, which really mattered since the whole situation was pretty unconventional with tight deadlines and lots of legacy issues.Were still working with Cybergizer on other parts of our business and can honestly say theyre a great partner to have on your side.
