My experience with this business was disappointing. Communication was erratic and at times unprofessional. There was a clear pattern of shifting blame and avoiding responsibility when issues were raised.I also noticed that any negative feedback — even calm and fair — is immediately denied or flagged. It’s concerning when a business can’t accept critique or acknowledge where things could improve.I’d recommend approaching with caution.
