ELEK+RIK has worked on improving our React Native mobile app. We had the skeleton of an app, but they were able to do an end-to-end re-design of each of the main pages. Since then, they`ve successfully implemented around ~20 different features on our mobile app. We share a spec and design, they provide an estimate and occasionally some design options, then when completed create a PR on GitHub. Their code is well-organized, easy to follow, and rarely do we have to go back-and-forth about bugs. They are also excellent communicators - carefully following threads on Slack, effectively communicating design and engineering tradeoffs, and even producing a 10m Loom video walking through a diagram. Their communication is top-notch. They are super easy to work with even though we are on very different time zones. And, I am impressed at the speed and execution of their development.

Been in water treatment for a long time, RO systems, softeners, iron removal, valves, the works, but our website never reflected any of that properly before this project. Mindrops rebuilt everything from zero, splitting products by segment, residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, agricultural, so customers actually land on what is relevant to them instead of scrolling through everything. Certifications like ISO, NSF, WQA are shown clearly too, which matters a lot when a municipal client is deciding whether to trust a vendor or not. Project is still ongoing honestly, we keep adding case studies and new product entries as things come up. Somewhere in the middle, content approvals got a bit messy since our team kept revising specs, cost us close to two extra weeks on a few product pages, mostly our own doing though. Once we settled into a proper rhythm, things moved fine after that. Would tell other manufacturing companies to go with Mindrops if they have a big, complicated catalogue that needs proper structuring online.

Our company needed a website that people could trust, since we deal in loans, insurance, collection and DSA services. Mindrops built the entire website from zero, no template used, covering everything from the homepage to a detailed "How We Work" section explaining our process in four steps. Website design work included proper mobile responsiveness, clean service pages and simple navigation so visitors do not get confused. They also worked in trust building things like our pan India service and how we handle customer data, without it feeling forced into the page. Since going live, our website has become the first place new clients and partner institutions check before contacting us. Overall the project went smoothly, though there was one stretch in the middle where content approval got delayed by almost a week because of some back and forth on wording. Once we fixed a proper review schedule, things picked up pace again. Would recommend Mindrops to other financial services companies looking for a website that actually explains their business well.

Novah by Akankshaa sells crystal jewellery and gift sets, and most people pick a piece because of what it means to them. Our old way of selling, which was mostly Instagram, did not show that at all. Mindrops built the complete ecommerce website for us, right from grouping the products to putting it live. Collections were set up as Signature Bracelets, Crystal Mixels, Luxury Line, Trims & Charms and Sets & Gifting, plus a second way to shop based on things like Abundance & Wealth or Calm & Clarity. Cart, checkout, wishlist, login and search were all built in the same go. The Watch and Buy part, where a video plays next to a product you can buy, gets used a lot. Orders come straight through the site now instead of through chat, which changed how our days run. The launch happened on the exact date given at the start. Not everything was smooth though, the product page had to be built again after it ran slow on mid range phones and that fix took longer than promised. For a small jewellery brand going online properly for the first time, it was worth the money.

We contacted the Third-Dimension to perform WEB design for a new service, which includes a WEB application and a browser extension. The work was divided into several stages, which is very convenient and allows you to follow the order of work. At the first stage, the Third-Dimension collected information about the project and wishes regarding the design. At the second stage, the Third-Dimension assessed existing applications and provided references (sketches) of the design. After choosing a direction, the designer provided draft page designs and app designs for approval. Once agreed upon, the final design was implemented and several rounds of revisions were made. I would like to note the Third-Dimension ability not just to "do the job and forget", but to immerse itself in the area and problems that the project solves. In the process of work, in addition to the design, some functions that were proposed by the Third-Dimension team were also adjusted or added. All deadlines and wishes were respected. I definitely recommend the studio for cooperation and will work with the studio again. Very professional approach.
