Ilya Utkin is an art director, creative director, and co-founder of Peppermint, a US-based studio focused on marketing websites for tech and AI startups.
With over 21 years in design, Ilya has worked across agencies and studios at every level of the craft before building and leading the design department at Peppermint. His team has partnered with Popl, CopilotKit, Tavily, SuperSet, and Postiz, helping brands translate complex ideas into clear, high-impact digital experiences.
As head of design, he oversees the full creative process from concept development to final execution, with a focus on work that is visually sharp, strategically grounded, and built to perform.
