Leandro Puca is an award-winning design leader and founder with more than 20 years of experience across luxury brand work, enterprise product design, and AI-native product development. He began his career in Italy, directing digital work for Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, and Fiat.
He later built and led a 30-person design organization spanning New York, London, and New Delhi, and has led design for Apple, a Y Combinator-backed healthtech startup, and complex B2B platforms.
Today, Leandro is the founder of Extrava, where he designs and builds AI-native products end to end, from brand identity through shipped code.
