Standout Features:

  • Iridescent gradient blocks
  • Fluid, calligraphic logotype
  • Organic linework

This poster series by Delft for BLLIS, a sensory design consultancy, is a spatial composition rendered in print.

The visual campaign features immersive, well-being-focused experiences that bring the brand's unique philosophy to life.

The posters use large, softly blending gradient panels. The hues range from sunset orange and cactus green to sky blue and coral pink.

These gradients are arranged in clean rectangular and square configurations that feel balanced and harmonious.

These designs also suggest a sense of energy and depth within the otherwise flat surfaces, a great example of leveraging color to guide the viewer's emotional response (ScienceDirect, 2024). It’s a beautiful way to make a simple shape feel alive.

Placed prominently against the minimal white or softly hued backdrops of these posters, the BLLIS logo is a strikingly fluid typographic form.

We like that the logo rejects static corporate conventions, featuring exaggerated curves and dramatic thick-to-thin stroke transitions that are very memorable

Curved line patterns sweep through parts of the posters in monochromatic overlays. These lines are akin to digital moiré effects or topographic maps. They pulse across shapes or serve as dynamic backdrops within the gradient panels.

This poster print design series is a testament to the power of abstract design. The takeaway is that you don't need literal imagery to communicate a powerful message. A well-executed abstract concept can be far more evocative.

Communicating a feeling or a complex idea doesn't always require literal images; sometimes an abstract design can be much more evocative.
