if there is "No star" option, I would give this sneaky , unprofessional ,unclear company this rate..Ppl are not professional at all, aren't straight forward, charging you excessive fees if you decide to withdraw , they are not familiar with updates laws.Very poor communications with most of staff.It is really very bad ,and poor experience to deal with this business.

I was not pleased with their services and being asked to pay for services upfront was concerning. I asked questions that were never addressed in a timely manner. I was billed for service that I never received an invoice for, or an explanation of work performed. The services I received was very impersonal. I never felt like a client or a valued customer.

Be aware. They ask for large retainers and deposits before doing any work. Then the send “past due notices” without sending bills or invoices. They never explain or show the “work” done or “time spent”. Be careful when dealing these folks.

Be's Professional Service is a great place to get your taxes done. The staff is kind, funny, and professional. I got my taxes done here after doing my taxes for year with HR Block and I had the best experience ever and was explained what was going on with my taxes while they were being done. The turn around for my taxes was also faster than it has ever been. I certainly appreciate the time and effort given to me. So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know
