I was just notified I was no longer wanted as a client.I called and text 3 people I knew there, asking why they were canceling my simple tax account.NO ANSWERES. Then a month later I got an email saying they were down sizing!Is this how you treat a loyal customer of over 40 years that does a simple tax return? Computer technology has vastly improved many of our lives, even in the non-profit world. The issues are cost, reliability and maintenance. It is too much for a small business owner to become an expert in these areas. I'm not even sure it is possible.
