We connected late in the tax season; our "tax guy," was not able to help us because of a shift from where we had been to being global workers with the uniqueness that brings with it. if there is "No star" option, I would give this sneaky , unprofessional ,unclear company this rate..Ppl are not professional at all, aren't straight forward, charging you excessive fees if you decide to withdraw , they are not familiar with updates laws.Very poor communications with most of staff.It is really very bad ,and poor experience to deal with this business.
