  We have been a user of Shorts services for many many years, they have been and continue to be a great service provider for our small business, supporting us through many changes in our operations, difficult times with covid and of course the introduction of ever more digital and online services. Our owner operated small business liaison advisor is on hand at the end of an email or phone to guide us through tax, vat and investments issues along with how we navigate our on line accounting software effectively and correctly. The friendly team are great when we visit and it's always good to catch up with some, old faces and be greeted with a cheerful hello and a great cup of coffee. Professional service of course and sensible charges for the knowledge and skills they have.
