I was a design intern at the company for 6 months and my experience here is beyond the things I would ever ask for at an organisation. I have been working with Think201 since Feb 2021. I would surely say that Think201 turned out to be one of the best organizations I ever worked with. The management team was so dedicated to ensure constant effort in making everyone feel valued. The work culture is amazing and absolutely transparent. Learning opportunities are quite a lot and everyone here is always inspiring each other. The work condition and policies are well structured and abreast. Their open door policy and truly informal organizational culture are what urged me to join the team and they really lived up to my expectation if not more!The fact I love the most about Think201 is that there is no drama but recognition for every single effort I take for its development. I am truly very happy to be a part of this organization. The work seems challenging, even though the support is tremendous every single day.Highly recommended for fresh graduates and those who are looking for a long term stable position.
