Working with Orases has been a game-changer. From day one, they understood our goals and challenges, then delivered a custom solution that streamlined our operations, improved the customer experience, and helped grow our bottom line.

I'm way overdue in leaving this review. The team at Orases are the best in the biz when it comes to all aspects of app/software development, especially AI software dev. They've been instrumental in helping guide us through the ever-changing landscape of AI, since it definitely feels like if we blink, what we thought was cutting-edge in AI, becomes "old news." Orases helps us stay ahead of the curve...plus on a personal level, they're a genuine joy to work with. Highly recommend!

WillowTree, located at the Wool Factory in Charlottesville, VA, is housed in a beautifully restored historic building featuring modern, thoughtfully designed office spaces. I had a fantastic experience working at WillowTree Charlottesville, enhanced by an excellent on-site café and a charming outdoor coffee shop. The Wool Factory itself is an iconic landmark, blending historic character with contemporary architecture. Its central location provides easy access to many of Charlottesville’s attractions, including historic buildings, museums, shops, restaurants, hotels, and the mall. WillowTree is an outstanding company to work for—they truly value their employees and provide a top-tier in-office experience.

Sets the benchmark for how modern offices should be designed. It is compassionate towards its employees, clients, and the local communities in which it operates. Willow Tree is the best company I've ever worked for. Heck, it's the best company I've ever heard of.

We approached tkxel to rebuild our legacy platform, and they handled the task with focus and professionalism. Their PMs were organized and proactive, and their engineers delivered high-quality code. What really stood out was their long-term mindset—they clearly value partnership over just getting the project done.

Our collaboration with tkxel was seamless. Their team worked closely with our in-house designers to build a mobile app that’s beautiful, stable, and feature-rich. They always made time to explain their development decisions. It was a smooth ride from kickoff to delivery.

This company has been amazing at getting my idea and vision into production in less than a year and doing so with ease and fluidity. I was really appreciative of their approach to my goals and the constant care and attention to detail they had in curating my final app. I would recommend this group to handle any of your development needs especially if you are a startup looking to get your product to market quickly.

Unprofessional, Mentally Draining, and Disrespectful Work CultureMy overall experience with this company was extremely toxic. During my short tenure, I observed several deeply unprofessional practices that left a lasting negative impact on me:•Salaries were often delayed, without prior communication or explanation.•There were unexplained deductions in monthly salary, and any attempts to raise concerns were either ignored or dismissed by HR.•The HR department was shockingly rude. I personally witnessed employees being humiliated or emotionally broken when they decided to resign — some even left in tears.•No proper Full and Final Settlement (FNF) or professional offboarding process was followed. It’s like once you resign, you’re treated as if you never existed.•Even after resignation, the company continued to send intimidating and threatening emails and begging for small amount of money like 20k, showing a complete lack of empathy — especially towards people who were already in a tough personal or financial situation. If you’re considering joining, please rethink carefully. Make sure everything is documented in writing — verbal promises mean nothing here. A company’s real face shows not when you join, but when you try to leave. And unfortunately, this one shows zero professionalism, zero compassion, and zero respect for employees.

One of the worst organisation I have ever experienced . Exit process is worst moreover company doesn’t respond on your final f&f queries and literally one has to chase to get their full n final payment. Depending upon clients requirement organisation and their leaders push their employees and even salary is deducted if it is not billed as per clients need. Pathetic to be honest. Lala companies are doing better than this in country.
