Extremely disappointed with this service center. My questions were completely ignored, and the staff showed no effort to understand the actual issue. It felt like they were more interested in making excuses than helping a customer. The lack of professionalism and basic competence is astonishing. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before bringing their device here.

My experience with the interview process was mixed.I successfully cleared multiple rounds, including HR, technical/practical assessments, and a final discussion with the HOD. I was also asked to bring all my documents for the final round, which created the expectation that the process was nearing completion. The main concern was the interview planning and communication. Multiple candidates appeared to be scheduled around the same time, which resulted in long waiting periods. After my final discussion, I waited for more than an hour while other interviews were still ongoing. Considering that candidates often take leave from their current jobs and invest their time and travel expenses to attend interviews, better scheduling and communication would have been appreciated.I had taken approximately 1.5 days of leave to participate in the process. Despite completing several rounds, I was informed that the company wanted to further evaluate candidates before making a decision. While I eventually received feedback, it was not shared on the same day as indicated, which made the process feel unnecessarily prolonged. To the company's credit, the final feedback was professional and detailed. However, the overall candidate experience could be improved through better time management, clearer communication, and more structured interview scheduling. My advice to future candidates and potential joiners is to thoroughly research the company, read genuine employee reviews, and speak with current or former employees before making a decision. An interview process is often the first impression of an organization's culture and working style.Sharing my experience to help others set expectations and make an informed decision.

Extremely toxic work environment, unrealistic workload, and zero respect for employees or their personal life. Management never listens to employee problems. Think twice before joining or doing business with this company.

I had a disappointing experience with Drashti Mistry from the HR department. She repeatedly asked the same questions without modification, even after I mentioned not understanding her. It felt like she was blaming me for the confusion, as if she didn't understand English herself. Additionally, her communication seemed limited to English, which could be challenging for non-English speakers.I hope the HR team improves their communication skills and professionalism, as this experience left a negative impression of the organization.

Minted Websites helped me setup my author website. I’d struggled for months with WordPress, and was at the end of my rope trying to get my website up and running. After engaging Minted Websites, my website was up and running in less than 2-3 days. I dealt with Gareth, and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I explained to him all of the issues I was having, and he was able to address all of them in a timely and efficient manner. If you need help setting up your business or personal website or blog, I’d highly recommend Minted Websites.

It is very hard to deal with any recruiter from this company, they never respond to any of your questions regarding their job postings.Even if The name is on the job posting but have no curtesy to respond.Asked many other recruiters from the Intelliswift but no luck in getting any help. How can you run the business like this.

Intelliswift is a great contracting agency! My client representative is Jyothi, and she helped me land a great job when I really needed it. Throughout the process, she checked in frequently and helped push my paperwork through quickly (less than 2 weeks). After starting my role, she made the extra effort to meet and chat to get to know me, and vice versa. This is a very rare quality, as my previous contracting agency only met the bare minimum of communication with me.Moreover, payroll and HR are very responsive as well. I had a 1:1 orientation so I was able to have all my questions answered. Overall, a great company to be engaged with.

Optimus SBR is a complete scam. They dragged me through a 5-month interview process, made me come in person, promised a job offer—then ghosted me for months. Recruiter was beyond unprofessional, disappearing without updates, then randomly calling to “check if I’m still available.”This company is not serious. They waste your time and feed you lies. Don’t bother with them.
