Toby at Synthelize has revolutionized the manner in which our statewide non-profit program tracks, analyzes, and leverages data to improve our outreach efficiency, planning, and effectiveness. Not only has Toby been an extremely honest, present, and professional resource, he feels like part of our team and genuinely showcases his investment into our work. Between assisting with data governance, Tableau visualizations, interpretation of data, and planning for targeted improvements, Toby has advanced our program significantly. Namely, and most recently, he has created an advanced online dashboarding system unique to our program that allows our team to see overall trends, categorize program data and effectiveness, and drill-down into specific areas to crosswalk demographics with program strategizes. Our program cannot recommend Toby and Synthelize enough, and we look forward to continuing collaboration to impact community change across Pennsylvania!
