My experience with the interview process was mixed.I successfully cleared multiple rounds, including HR, technical/practical assessments, and a final discussion with the HOD. I was also asked to bring all my documents for the final round, which created the expectation that the process was nearing completion.The main concern was the interview planning and communication. Multiple candidates appeared to be scheduled around the same time, which resulted in long waiting periods. After my final discussion, I waited for more than an hour while other interviews were still ongoing. Considering that candidates often take leave from their current jobs and invest their time and travel expenses to attend interviews, better scheduling and communication would have been appreciated.I had taken approximately 1.5 days of leave to participate in the process. Despite completing several rounds, I was informed that the company wanted to further evaluate candidates before making a decision. While I eventually received feedback, it was not shared on the same day as indicated, which made the process feel unnecessarily prolonged.To the company's credit, the final feedback was professional and detailed. However, the overall candidate experience could be improved through better time management, clearer communication, and more structured interview scheduling.My advice to future candidates and potential joiners is to thoroughly research the company, read genuine employee reviews, and speak with current or former employees before making a decision. An interview process is often the first impression of an organization's culture and working style.Sharing my experience to help others set expectations and make an informed decision.

We had a great initial project with Ameex before they were purchased by Perficient. Post-support was slow, but acceptable, however as time went on, I stopped getting the level of communication and time itemization I was accustomed to. With Perficient taking over, things devolved pretty quickly, and despite multiple conversations with my account manager - nothing changed, even after bumping up hours to have more dedicated resources. Ultimately, I cancelled the contract this year. Disappointing because their team/work was stellar (and the development team is still solid) before, but the simple asks were continually ignored, and over time, I lost trust that I was getting the hours agreed upon.Towards the end, there was also what felt like a lot of gaslighting of my concerns, and outside of an initial project, I cannot recommend Perficient for ongoing support.Edit: I'm now bumping this to a 1 Star because I've spent the last 3 weeks digging into code and it's one questionable decision after another. Really poor.

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

I was there at Perceptive Analytics for a while. During that time I had the opportunity to work with the CEO very closely. The man built the company from ground up all by himself. He once taught me some grammar in english, that's how much interest he took in me while I worked there. I have worked at Perceptive Analytics for approximately 10 months and my time at the company was awesome, to say the least.I have learnt a lot about sales and marketing which will be helpful for me going ahead. I have interacted with many clients and potential clients as well, and I got to learn a lot from these interactions.I also had a lot of freedom to experiment in my role, which was instrumental in enhancing my experience. The tasks I attended to were not limited to a specific domain but that only helped in increasing the potential of the job and though challenging, the role was equally rewarding for me.The work atmosphere is very good and the hours are very flexible.All the policies of the company are explained to the employees well in advance so as to avoid any confusion.The only problem that I've come across is that at times, you may have to work a little extra during peak season: like working for a while over the weekend or staying back for a while after working hours. On such occasions, work-life balance would take a hit. Work from home policy helps in these cases, though.I would definitely recommend working at Perceptive Analytics.
