LM Companion is a really helpful (free!) resource for staying up to date on the many legal events, award deadlines and networking groups. Being able to add events and deadlines directly to my calendar saves a lot of time. I would certainly recommend to other busy legal professionals looking for opportunities to raise their profile, or gain a broader understanding of all the PR and marketing opportunities out there.

LM Companion is great for legal PAs, BD assistants and anyone who wants to be proactive in finding marketing and BD opportunities for their team. Instead of manually searching for conferences, awards etc for my fee earners, LM Companion means I'm only searching through opportunities relevant to my practice area, which is a huge time saver. I've also found out about events and awards that I hadn't come across before - would highly recommend!

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with this company, I feel I have a responsibility to warn other business owners. I worked with them for over nine months and, in my experience, it was one of the worst business decisions I have ever made. During that time, I spent well over £12,000, yet instead of helping my business grow, I was left dealing with significant financial losses, wasted time, and an enormous amount of stress. One of my biggest concerns was that the company presented itself as being UK-based, but I later discovered that the work was actually being carried out from India. Had this been made completely transparent from the beginning, I would have been able to make a properly informed decision. The SEO service I received failed to deliver the results I was promised, despite the substantial monthly fees I was paying. When I eventually decided to end our working relationship, the experience became even more difficult. Instead of receiving professional support during the transition, I was left feeling that my business was being actively hindered rather than helped. I also discovered software and website changes that I believe were not in my business’s best interests. From my perspective, these changes had a serious negative impact on my website and the way potential customers reached my business. I’ve worked with overseas companies before and have had excellent experiences, so this review is not about where a company is based. It is about honesty, professionalism, transparency, and the quality of service provided. If you are considering hiring this company to manage your website or SEO, I strongly encourage you to carry out extensive due diligence, ask detailed questions, and ensure you retain full control of your website, hosting, domain, analytics, and all associated accounts before signing any agreement. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise other business owners to look elsewhere.
