      I paid iSolve RCM to credential me with Medicare and Medicaid. Neither process went smoothly. I did end up getting credentialed with Medicare, but not Medicaid. There were so many complications with this process. If the person that was helping me paid attention, they would have seen that I needed to have my Medicaid credentials revalidated not fully credentialed. I was told I was credentialed and began seeing clients. When I couldn’t enter the system, I called medicaid, just to be told my credentials were suspended due to not being revalidated. I reached out to iSolve to fix this problem or get my money back. However, they did not have the knowledge on how to fix this situation, and said that there was nothing that they could do. I just took the L and credentialed myself. I’m only giving 2 stars, because the person I worked with was nice and responsive to my emails.Update: iSolve RCM worked with me to rectify the situation and I am very satisfied! They want to ensure customer satisfaction. They are professional and dedicated.
