This company contacted me, promising they could have a book I wrote edited, formatted, published on 50 separate formats, and marketed. They were careful not to promise how many books would be sold. The only issues is that they were grossly negligent in all the other promises. After nearly a year, they hadn't come close to successfully editing the book. After I complained, they sent me a "final draft." Not only was it not edited, they completely left out a number of chapters. Hardly ready for publishing. Eventually, I paid another business to proofread and format the book. They did so in 5 days. I self published on Amazon. I asked for a refund. They said, instead of a refund, how about we offer you 6 months of marketing. I reluctantly agreed but did not sign any change in contract. After 6 months and zero sales (outside of the copies I purchased) I asked if they really marketed the book. They claimed they had. I can't imaging that this company has a marketing department that is so incompetent that they were able to sell a single book. With the right marketing, people have literally sold a book with blank pages. I asked where my "project manager's" office was. They claimed to be in New York. I ran a check on the number they called from. It was a spoof number, purchased somewhere in outside ConUS. This company is involved in clear, nefarious activity and deserves some investigating and red flags put in place to protect consumers. I've opened an investigation with the Better Business Bureau and will file a lawsuit.

Their flagship product, “Full Circle Attribution,” didn’t meet its claims. There are more reliable and easier-to-use alternatives on the market.We’ve also noticed a steady decline in service quality. While their team members have been helpful and professional, changes in personnel and tone suggest deeper internal instability. Upselling during periods of client dissatisfaction felt poorly timed and out of touch.We recently discovered that one of the founders, whom we still respect, has taken legal action against the other two remaining founders. Further research revealed what appear to be highly concerning details about one remaining partner, publicly available but not proactively disclosed.This experience has been disappointing.Before signing with this agency, we suggest businesses conduct their due diligence and ask questions about leadership stability and backgrounds, legal standing, and internal turnover.
