The time I spent at Manorama Web Solutions was one of the worst experiences of my life. Really, it has a toxic environment. Dominated by 2-3 people. Every time they say "we Care about your future," actually they don't. they just think about themselves. I was working as a social media intern, and really, even they don't know what social media marketing is. Every time they told us to come up with new things and plans, If I know what social media marketing is, then why I was working as an intern there? My office time was 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., but I was leaving the office after 7:30 p.m. and still they didn't have satisfaction. And lastly, they don't even give the salary at the time, I had not received my 2.5-month salary, so I left the office. If anyone asks for their salary, then they have one line to say: "What you think office has no money?" If you have money, then why didn't you gave my salary? If anyone is thinking of joining here, my advice is don't do. You don't have any further here, so don't waste your time and knowledgeAfter this review they threatening me that they will take legal action against me because I have shared this review.

EZ Rankings is extremely disappointing.The services did not deliver the quality that was promised. The company charges premium prices for services such as website design, SEO, and SMO, but the results fell far short of expectations. Despite significant investment, I did not see the level of progress, performance, or return that was discussed during the sales process.Communication was another major issue. It often felt difficult to get clear answers, timely updates, or meaningful support when concerns were raised. The team did not appear well-coordinated, and resolving issues took much longer than expected.I also felt that expectations were set very aggressively during the sales stage, but the actual delivery did not match those expectations. Promises regarding growth, rankings, and overall project outcomes seemed much stronger than what was ultimately achieved.For businesses considering SEO, SMO, or web development services, I would recommend asking detailed questions about deliverables, timelines, and measurable results before signing a contract. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with this company again.
