Despite their promises, they failed to schedule even one initial meeting with potential clients. It was clear from the start that they didn’t fully understand my organization, our business needs, or how to properly present us to potential leads.Instead of delivering on their commitment, they merely provided a list of cold calls that didn’t meet our business requirements at all. The leads were irrelevant, poorly targeted, and demonstrated a lack of research or effort. Despite their failure to achieve any tangible results, they had the audacity to demand thousands of dollars in funding for what was essentially a useless service.Overall, I found their approach disorganized and out of touch with our goals, making this engagement a waste of time and money. Sean showed me the CRM platform that he uses for his customers where there are so many impressive metrics to measure your business by.He showed me a sample customer who he started working with 1.4 years ago. With that in mind, I averaged all the google reviews for the first 4 years and they averaged 1.38 google reviews per month. After Sean assisted his customer utilizing his CRM, the customer now averages 7.1 google reviews / mo. and were all highly rated. His customers google reviews grew to a consistent 4.9 stars with 222 total google reviews. That is impressive and should get anyone excited to start to work with Sean.If you are serious about growing your business, your reputation to the public, and really just getting control over your customer service then Seáns CRM is for you!My own Google Review:I was in the need of a platform to manage my Google reviews and to run some marketing campaigns for my business. Sean introduced me to his CRM and gave me a tour of all the features. I decided to go ahead with his platform and so far, very pleased. The CRM handles all the Google reviews with ease and keeps my company on top of it all. I have gone from a 1 star rating to a 4.3 star rating in a matter of a month or two. Aside from that I have been able to cancel my MailChimp account as the CRM handles that function as well. The price is great so you cannot go wrong on that. I paid to have a flat fixed which was overpriced as is. And then my tire blew out the next day due to th3 incorrect fix. He put the wrong amount of tire pressure. So I paid for a new tire and a tire line. They said it would take two weeks to replace one tire. And then after two weeks they stopped answering the phone. I had to call the other shop to get ahold of someone. Just to find out it will take another eight days to change one tire. Probably the most unprofessional people I've ever met.

In particular a huge shoutout to Cat who handled all our correspondence and issues with great care and attention to detail. She made an otherwise challenging process so easy.
